Requirements:

Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering background

Minimum 5 years working experience in product technical engineering function in auto shock absorber industry
3
Very proactive with excellent interpersonal skill in work
4
Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English

Responsibilities:

1
Managing the competence center strut/shock/module.
2
Final coordination and responsibilities for the following activities conducted by
the competence engineers:
3
Maintain the generic DFMEA on struts, shocks, and non-core components in co-operation with EU
4
Maintain the generic design validation program
5
Act as technical expert on non-core components
6
Support supplier development on non-core components
7
Understand & apply standard rules for shock/strut dimensioning, tolerances, characteristics… (on application level/ non core component)
8
Supports technical project leaders
9
Support design modifications after SOP + 90 days (Drives ECI/ECR/ECM)
10
Approve valving when according to predefined standards set by the valving group
11
oordinates customer specification change requests
12
efine capital requirements for competence center
13
Leads RFQ activities/Leads 8D teams
14
Localising core components
